Questions we get asked
What sort of roofing work do you take on?
New roof installations, roof repairs, tile and slate replacement, guttering, fascias and soffits, chimney repairs and lead work, flat roofing in GRP and EPDM, and roof inspections. Small jobs are welcome and priced as small jobs.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Every quote is free, written out in full and itemised so you can see what each part of the job costs. You then have a 14-day cooling-off period to consider it or compare it against others.
Do you handle emergencies?
Yes. We take 24/7 emergency callouts for storm damage, active leaks and anything structural. If water is coming in, call rather than use the form — you'll get to us faster.
What is a drone inspection, and do I need one?
We fly a drone over the roof and photograph every elevation, including valleys, hips and chimney flashings that are hard to see from a ladder. It's useful on steep or awkward roofs, and if you're buying a house and want to know the condition before you commit.
